750 MW Greenfield CCGT in ERCOT North

Structured and executed Revenue Put transactions in support of financing for Panda’s 750 MW Temple 1 CCGT project located in ERCOT North. This was the first instance where a Revenue Put hedge was deployed in a project finance transaction in the North American power markets. Closed June 2012.
